"Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone."

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful. We love being able to cook some eggs and toast for breakfast a few days because we had pots and pans that we could use. The location is close to a station which makes things easy. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the fact that we could easily walk to some neighborhood grocery stores when we needed things. There are also convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. Great little spot."

"The staff were extremely helpful. I showed up at the wrong MONday Apart and they called me a taxi upon my request and waited outside with me until the taxi came. Then they spoke with the driver to ensure they understood where we wanted to go. The amenities are consistent with other MONday hotels. The location of the other hotel was closer to areas we wanted to visit but they offered a free shuttle to a few attractions (Nijo castle/bamboo forest) which was an added bonus especially since the...
