"We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. "

We were late for almost an hour due to traffic, and they still waited for us to get the treatment. We had the chalet suite, it was very nice a cosy. Great beds. Comfortable bathroom and good shower.
