"It’s a wall up so you can’t see the no view. The night stands were broken. The bed sheet had burn holes. The hot tub hose was leaking anytime you turned it on. Then the hotel staff was upset that I asked for a new room. Then told me the spa rooms were all booked so I had to stay in the room. He offered another room a double queen when I had a spa king room. I stayed here numerous times before and this is my worse I will not be back. The staff has to do better."
