"Liked the clean room and beds. Very accommodating"

"Staff were super helpful and friendly. Biggest issue is the bed - very overdue for replacement. We could feel the springs and there was a very clear dip from use over time. Pillows weren’t much better. I don’t expect a lot from a hotel bed, but this was rough"
