"Great room size, plenty of space for luggage and to relax, with a generous bed and amenities to match. Staff/Reception were very friendly and courteous and made us feel very welcome. Parking was also a huge bonus with plenty of spaces all day round. Will definitely keep here in mind for next time! Thanks Wyndham Avon! "

"Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway."

"The rooms weren't clean, hair in the shower stained sheets and towels. The sink leaked, the towel rack and toilet paper holders were broken. Cookies on the ground outside the entrance. Absolutely not worth the money. "

"Found lollipop stick and a nerf bullet behind the main door of our room. Room smell a bit musty. Breakfast selection is limited - some eggs, sausage patties, bread/bagels, milk, cereals. Stay was as expected because we got a low price for the 2 rooms booked. "

It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "Pillows are too small. Shower is too cold. Heat was good. Bathroom was a little dirty."

"The room felt very dated and wasn’t clean, and unfortunately the shower only had cold water. We only stayed one night, and I’m glad it wasn’t longer. The one positive was the staff member we encountered—very nice and helpful. Other than that, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."

"The room was not finished. Bathroom mirror was off the wall and when we went up the the front desk the told us to move it. The pull out mattress was falling apart holes it in with the stuffing come out stains on the mattress that look like blood the size of a baseball. No garbage can in the room. We put 3 dollars in the vending machine and realized it was empty asked if we could our money back and we were told no. Took 30 minutes to get hot water in the shower. Because the soap was on the mirror...

"The room was disgusting I'm so mad that we even stayed I should have demanded my money back I have pictures of my sons sheets they were dirty I called the front desk they made me change the sheets! I'm not employed there! And the bathroom had pubic hair and pee all around the toilet I had to clean up if your going to get a room just go to the holiday inn they are the same price and much cleaner and better "
