"Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!"

The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! "Be careful with false fees. Me and my daugther are being charged a smoking fee even though my daughter is a minor and I cant smoke due to health problems. We have called and emailed them and we still dont get our deposit back."

"The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and mini fridge came in handy. I didn't like the frosted sliding glass door for the bathroom. The shower pressure acted up every shower, not a huge deal. "Had an issue with the staff at the front desk. I ask for my room to be cleaned as I didn’t know that they don’t change the sheets unless you asked them to. I called them on Friday to tell them my sheets was never changed but the bed was made. She never apologized she just said at the Marriott you have to ask for sheets to be changed. I told her if I was told that I would have known when I asked for my room to be cleaned after being there for 4-5 days by then. She replied well…that’s just how it...

Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice."
