"We found a lot to love about Herbst Cottage! While the layout is a little unconventional (the huge master bedroom is the only direct route in and out of the house to the back decks and pool), the spaces were big enough for 10 people, and the places we were most interested in, which were the kitchen, backyard/pool, and beach access, were really great. Well equipped with the exception of broken dishwashers (both indoor and tiki bar were broken most of the week) and a leaking ice machine. Response...

"Property is right on the beach in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It was close enough for a quick 10min drive to the tourist shops and restaurants, but far enough away that we could also relax at the house and miss them completely.We enjoyed the huge open living space with the kitchen, living room, and dining area all tied together overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean and in good working order. Our stay was on the shoulder season in September and we got lucky and hit perfect weather....

"The property is in a great location close to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc., 2 minutes walk to the beach on the ocean side, 20 min drive to the soundside beach. 40 min drive to the nature preserve with the wild horses. Very clean. The house itself needs a little TLC, but this did not affect our stay at all. "

"My husband and dog really enjoyed our stay! The cottage had everything that we needed to have a very comfortable visit, including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space, beautiful decks and views, easy beach access, beach chairs, cozy couch and chair, with restaurants and shopping all very close by. The cottage was very clean, had plenty of towels, was located in a quiet neighborhood, and check in/out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend...
