Welcome to Clearview by the Sea, a beautifully designed coastal retreat perfect for large families seeking both comfort and connection. Located just 250 yards from the beach in the highly sought-after Four Seasons community in Duck, this spacious and well-appointed home offers everything you need for a memorable Outer Banks getaway.

Inside, guests will enjoy a variety of entertainment options including 1 GB internet, board games, puzzles, books, and a full rec room featuring a pool table, mini bar with refrigerator and Smart TV. Every bedroom is comfortably furnished and includes a Smart TV, while the home's layout provides privacy and space for all. Two En Suite bedrooms even feature private Jacuzzi tubs for a relaxing end to your day.

Outside, enjoy the 16'x 30' private pool, hot tub, volleyball court, and horseshoe pit. Multiple covered and sun decks provide peaceful areas to unwind, with ocean views from the top-level deck and plenty of outdoor seating for group gatherings or quiet mornings with coffee.

The top-level open-concept layout includes a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating, a large dining area that seats 14, and a comfortable great room with surround sound and Smart TV. Great Location

The location of this house was very nice. Short walk to the beach, maybe a 5 minute walk. A short walk to the Duck Boardwalk. Overall the house was very nice. Our only complaints were the descriptions on the bedrooms with the bathrooms. You couldn't tell which bedrooms had the jetted tubs and there was only 1 walk-in shower which made it difficult for our older folks to get in and out of the tubs. Also the shower floors get slippery when wet. Our grandmother actually fell while showering (she was okay). The pool didn't have the handrail to get in and out of the pool. The hottub had something broken on it which caused it to push out water and every time it was turned on the water would squirt way out of it. Someone was by to check on the pool and even stated that the cover needed to be on it at all times so that it didn't lose water. (Why not just fix it, if you are aware there is an issue?) We just opted to stay out if it. The porch swing was something my our grandmother was looking forward to and that wasn't there. And most of the pool sticks were broken. Like I said, overall the house is nice, it just needs an updated posting the doesn't show things that it doesn't actually have. We did love our stay and made the best out of everything.

Great Beach Access

Great for getting to the beach. There are a lot of steps and they are fairly steep so think about the people you are traveling with (age, etc). Overall a great space for a large group.
