Staff were soooo friendly and helped me with luggage forwarding. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything I could have needed. Also, If you’re into ceramics, visit the shop right next door!"

"What made this stay amazing for me was the staff and their calm and piecfull way to take care of everyone with genuine smile on this face. We loved the breakfast it had a huge variety and the late night ramen and ice-cream. It was our first time onsen experience and it was really a great one. I also have to mention the massage cairs and how much I already miss them. Overall it was a great place and we can not wait to come back."

"I very much appreciated the Nespresso machine in the lobby and the laundry machines. The location was right at the subway station, you can’t get more convenient than that! But also the neighborhood was walkable with restaurants, convenience stores and a supermarket close by. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful."
