"Another excellent stay in "The Tack Room" beautifully clean, comfy bed, so handy to have a fridge and microwave, great " before arrival information " water, tea, coffee and snacks are also provided. This was our second visit here and can't wait to return again in the future."

"Very competitive price for a comfortable room. Accommodation( total of 4 rooms) was adjacent to and accessed via the village pub , but we did not hear a thing ! Nice outdoor space for relaxing or dining/ drinking. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again. Only considerations are staircase up to accommodation and breakfast is not served in the pub. "

"As always, clean and tidy hotel. Room was suitable for our needs.Street Market food was tasty and keenly priced. Breakfast as always exceptionally tasty and well presented. Ample parking with cameras overlooking main areas. Lovely location with a great river walk around the reservoir to keep 4 legged friends happy."

"Good location at Welcome Break Center off M40. Recent flood had damaged some main floor areas but second floor units unaffected. Breakfast at the building next door. Paid parking unless booking directly. "

"Clean. Staff lovely. Room was modern and clean. Shower wonderful. Everything we could want from a hotel at the very reasonable price. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. "

"Usual standard offered from this Holiday Inn Express. Room was reasonable. Noise from M40 was apparent at night. However the tertiary glazing made it bearable. The AC was noisy so not used. Bedding possibly too thick for time of year but adequate. The greeting at Breakfast was somewhat abrupt with the member of staff showing no friendliness and probably not really wanting to be there. However the choice of breakfast items was reasonable. Parking was £5 per night and easy to use. Overall an...

"This small hotel was quite a find. My room was warm and comfortable, with good facilities. It has a small well-stocked bar. It is probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in."
