"No air con in the rooms, 1 small fan given. Room service no one answered the phones had to wait a while to get it, told to order at the bar before going to the room. Rooms looked very run down"

"No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall.
