"Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es war sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab indische Optionen, Obst und Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. "The hotel reception misled us into thinking that we could use the jacuzzi and pool side of SinQ Privee, which is why we booked the resort in the first place. When we called the hotel about this, they were rude to us and said that you should've booked a 5 star property for 5 star services and you're straight up lying.
