Food is good, room services is also good. Only issues is the the mattresses are too thin and hard. Room are spaicous with good size balcony."

"This was a cozy place to stay, less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved the pool bar and the pool. Always took a dip in the pool after coming from the beach, followed by a Kingfisher."

"It was a family trip and we stayed four nights. The property is located approx.10-15 mins walk from Calangute beach. The property is maintained in very good condition and most of the rooms have balcony with swimming pool view. The rooms as well as common areas were clean and maintained well with good horticulture in the compound area. Overall ambience of the property is vibrant and gives positive vibes. "Great location plenty of eating places around this is our second time there so must be good. Security man on gate is great gets pool towels and cleans sunbeds for you. He also cleans pool for you. Staff are really good."
