"The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was dirty, sheets were stained, and the place smelled of smoke even though a non-smoking room. The building itself was in disrepair and needed a lot of work. I have stayed at many Comfort Inn & Suites. This was not one I will recommend. "

"Like staying at the Madurai Baymont. Dirty, stinky, toilet wasn’t connected to the floor, shower leaked, property hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Just a total disaster.
Thank god I will never have to stay in South Bend again.
The bathroom was so bad my wife said “I’d rather —— in the street than use that bathroom!”"

There were food splatters on the walls, smudges on the mirrors, sticky bathroom floors, filthy trash cans, and dirty floors throughout the common areas. The property also appeared poorly maintained, with peeling wallpaper and room numbers falling off the walls and rewritten in Sharpie. The water fountain was also dirty, and there was no bottled water available at the front desk or in the vending machine.
