"This is a generally good hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. It's a hotel that has a lot of room if you're going to be meeting with someone... Great to grab a little table and have a visit. There were two issues that kept me from giving a better review. I asked repeatedly if they could fix the TV which didn't work and clear the clog in the bathroom sink, which they never did. "

"Hotel accommodations were very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of little things added that made our stay extra enjoyable. The one thing I will say was that the location was not as close to the airport as I had anticipated and was on the road to Mombasa away from city Central."

"The new Trademark Suites is a remarkable find, and an unbeatable bargain. It's a top quality hotel just outside the craziness of downtown Nairobi and provides all the advantages of a 4 star hotel with a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen in a safe delightful and quiet setting at a much lower price. Village Market and other amenities are all nearby. Excellent staff, great service and responsive management. "

"It was a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and professional, including the concierge folks and housekeeping. Notably, Joshua, Mary and Miriam, in the dining room room and John were amazing. Our room was rather small, but still very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the spa treatment as well and the dining breakfast options were amazing and I appreciate it that they had vegan options for myself. We will definitely come back for future trip trips. "

"The staff did a really great job housekeeping was always on the ball. The breakfast is definitely worth the investment Great way to start a day with areally nice selection. Depending on the activities you have planned the convenience of the location will make a big difference. For me it was quite a bit of travel to try to get out to any of the Safari and interactivities. But any of the Ubers was quick to take care of that."

"We completely enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and appreciated as a customer. The grounds and facility were in great shape. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The food was delicious in Flame Tree restaurant and the bar had a great ambiance. Highly recommend wife your stay in Nairobi."

"I have stayed at The Tribe a handful of times now and I am never disappointed. The property is always clean, my room was very nice and clean, I love the menu selection, especially the healthy choices on the breakfast menu. I would like to recognize all of the restaurant staff, and Virginia in Housekeeping especially for being so friendly and accomodating to me and my son during our stay. I would definitely recommend The Tribe to anyone, 5 out of 5 stars everytime, thank you so much! I will see...
