"The property is lovely and luxurious. The staff were exceptional. I would like to give a special thank you to the staff that made our stay worth returning. And the cleaning creaw that kept the hotel immaculate and smelling amazing. Each restaurant served the most delicious entrees. Make sure you visit them all! Anyone that stays here will not be disappointed. "

"Hotel accommodations were very clean and comfortable. There were a lot of little things added that made our stay extra enjoyable. The one thing I will say was that the location was not as close to the airport as I had anticipated and was on the road to Mombasa away from city Central."

"It was a wonderful stay. The staff were super friendly and professional, including the concierge folks and housekeeping. Notably, Joshua, Mary and Miriam, in the dining room room and John were amazing. Our room was rather small, but still very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the spa treatment as well and the dining breakfast options were amazing and I appreciate it that they had vegan options for myself. We will definitely come back for future trip trips. "

"We had 2 unexpected nights in Nairobi and chose this hotel due the proximity of visiting things of interest. There is a shopping mall close by with options for lunch and dinner. The hotel had a great selection for breakfast and very good room service dinner, excellent gym and the rooftop bar and pool was nice to have, you cant lie out in the sun though."

"I have stayed at The Tribe a handful of times now and I am never disappointed. The property is always clean, my room was very nice and clean, I love the menu selection, especially the healthy choices on the breakfast menu. I would like to recognize all of the restaurant staff, and Virginia in Housekeeping especially for being so friendly and accomodating to me and my son during our stay.
