To order food in pool area took very long so we asked and system was not working properly as told. One staff mentioned we could go in to the pool with beverages but another one asked us to get out with the beverages as it was not allowed according to the rules so it was confusing to whom to follow."

"This hotel is well run and well managed, service was professional and friendly. Forgot passport in the safe and manager of the hotel handled it with speed and diligence to safely deliver the passport to the airpot so I could make the flight. what more needs to be said."

"We booked the sea-view room and had a superb experience. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping was truly top-notch with great attention to detail and beautiful decorations throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything looked and tasted great. "We love staying at the Penang Marriott. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We always book a Club Room and find the staff who serve there absolutely A1, truly a home from home! Hats off to Samson and his team. He is a smashing fellow, very engaging and could not do enough for us, when we were in the Club. The Marriott are lucky to have him.
