"Loved this property it was really lovely and the wood fire which had warmed the house throughout was so welcoming. We had a variety of school age students n having them all under one roof was great. The kitchen was a good size for 20 odd people and bedrooms were a good size and well ventilated. I suggest you get a few more living room chairs in the lounge space so more people can sit comfortably in the living room without having to sit at table. Beautiful, peaceful setting with a lovely...

"This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"It was lovely and quiet. The view is beautiful. The host's communicated well, the cookies and coffee sachets were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, a mattress protector would be a good investment. The only thing lacking was a proper table and chairs to sit comfortably with your drink and Crossword puzzle 😁.
