"Max was helpful on check-in as he was able to resolve an issue with the remote for the TV.
Bathroom looking newly refurbished with lovely hot shower.
Carpets, decoration and furnishings generally need a deep clean and / or refurbishment but for the money in London, the room was tidy with good Internet TV speed."

"Great location. Dark, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Nice view even though it wasn’t a room with a tower view. There was a problem with the toilet, we told staff and it was fixed straight away.
No mini fridge in the room. No plug sockets/outlets next to the beds. Some of the furniture and fixtures were very worn and could do with replacing."

"The doorman and New York bar staff really make this experience. Location is fabulous - easy to walk to all locations in Westminster, yet the area is quiet (for a city!). Just a few minutes walk from Victoria station also. Pub opposite too which is great. The room was clean and so well presented. They really try to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Thank you. "

"Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood. Very quiet, very comfortable room. Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. They upgraded us to a room with a balcony and that was lovely! There is massive construction going on at the building next door so we were woken up at 8am by drilling etc, but we were out and about all day so it wasn’t too much of a bother. Just something to keep in mind if you’re hoping for a quiet lay in. Beautiful walk across Green Park, easy access to...

"AC wasn’t working until a couple or hours later. Some of the outlets did not work. Hair dryer was broken.
The fire alarm went off at 0230 and they were no announcements. Tried to contact the front desk and there was no answer.
Lift at the entrance was not working and we had to haul luggage up the stairs. No help available to assist."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it could have been smoother. We weren’t given the room type we’d booked. It was sorted but trouble not needed. Would recommend not having a garden room as it’s much noisier. Terrace bar was lovely. "

"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything.
Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it. The room was spacious, clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was AMAZING (with a Japanese toilet!).

"Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground.
Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming."
