As an example I needed mine froze to keep my insulin cold during my travel."

"I will say, the only reason I am not giving this a better rating is because nowhere on the website or when we made the reservation were we told that the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, and the key amenities we were looking for (namely the swimming pool for our kids, and the hot fresh breakfasts) were not going to be available. I don't care how friendly the staff is, or how nice the rooms, when this level of restriction is not publicized prior to booking, it is an extremely poor look...

"Staff is not the most helpful. Glares and sullen staff. Received a knock at the door at 9am asking if we checked out. It was house keeping. First time keys didn’t work, back to the front desk. Front door was malfunctioning and the front desk did nothing when advised by security and several guests. I had to call corporate. Will not return to this hotel."
