told staff when check in that i had paid reservation the staff took my credit card and charged me for the room for one night, which i prepaid for 2 nights, had to get my paper to show i did pay and reserved 2 beds for 2 nights. the room I got was in repairing part of the hotel and 3 boys were running for room to room playing and jumping on beds. Many doors were left open under repair, and the room I went into wife sat on the bed and i went to sit on bed and notice it was broken. Clerk verified it was broken. Went to front desk to get a different room, and away from the boys playing, did get a room on the finish side of the hotel and the same clerk that check me in said i was getting a up grade room which it was not just a standard room. the Tv had only one channel and remoted to turn on was broken and missing parts. Breakfast was not so well as I notice other guest who ate that served Biscuit and gravy but not sausage just cream and people made faces tasted bad, and push it away and lady in charge was on the phone in lunch area complaining to someone that it was not her problem about the food since she don't order it. Did not have my family eat there. no pool no exercise room which was listed as why i went there.
