"Love the Portland Guest House, fantastic location for wide choice of restaurants in the town. The place is always spotless and the staff are so friendly.
Entry is now via key box system and breakfast has moved over to Continental only. This still offers a good choice of food and drinks.
Defo recommend the place."

"We visited Cheltenham with our 18 month old to go to a wedding.
The building is a beautiful period property but there isn’t a lift, so request a 1st floor room if you have a lot of luggage!
Room was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the park. "

"When we arrived the air conditioning was on in our room and it was so cold. It was cold outside so I have no idea why it had been left on. As you entered the hotel it was so warm then going into our room was very uncomfortable.
