"If you want to stay in a small characterful boutique hotel in a very pleasant area of Cheltenham then look no further. The hotel has a very welcoming feel and all members of staff we met were really helpful and pleasant. "Beautifully maintained property with expansive grounds and hiking trails that cross the property and so it is brilliant for walking and dogs. The room we had was exceptional and came with a small garden which again was heaven for the dog. The stay in a place like this is always about the staff though, who were great. "It was an okay hotel. We paid for continental breakfast and there was barely any food left and the station was messy. Ended up ordering dishes at an extra charge. Not sure it was worth a £300 stay. "
