"Such a beautiful property and the staff are amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and were offered a complimentary upgrade as well as some chocolates and a card. The staff were so nice and thoughtful. We loved the peacefulness of the redwoods and the garden nearby. I wished we had had more time to spend than one night, but we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in the area!"

"Our stay was enchanting. We were generously upgraded to a River View room. Though small, the room was very clean, comfortable, relaxing and attractive. The views of the river, the beach and forested hills were breathtaking. Breakfast in the morning was upgraded continental and enjoyable. Staff was exceptional. The tv did not work , noisy ice machine, top floor I was I. Bottom Room 101, could hear every step taken in room. Telephone not working. The sink had. An old fashioned rubber stopper , you could see all the way down the sinkhole drain. The electric plug was broken in half… one queen size bed was broken, it...
