"Excellent communication, helpful tips, air conditioning was a life saver for the heat. Patio and deck were lovely to spend time amongst the trees. I partticularly enjoyed the old school microwave and hood, and found the kicthen to be very capable. The baby travel crib was super helpful as well for our 9 month old."

"Met so many of my expectations and more! Beautiful grounds pool and hot tub, the kitchen floor had a slight minor give and the doors beep loud when opened but otherwise than those minor things it was an epic stay!"

"My friends and I had a wonderful time at David's property. The house, pool, and hot tub were as described and comfortably fit my group of 12. David was also very responsive to any questions I had. "

"The house is lovely and spotlessly clean. Backyard is spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for daily excursions to the coast or Napa, and the redwoods preserve is easily walking distance. Downtown less than a mile away has restaurants and a supermarket as well as Johnson’s beach on the Russian River. Shauna was responsive and friendly. 4 stars instead of 5 on representation of property because the firepit didn’t work and the hot tub had just a few working jets and was a little...

"Awesome tiny home set-up. My wife and I really like the functional layout and the comfort level, as well as the additional amenities with the fire pit and hot tub. Check in was super easy and as was communications with the host. No major issues. Although the location is next to the highway, it's also inside a pocket at the edge of the forest and that makes it feel secluded/private, in a good way. We'd definitely like to return someday. "

"We had a wonderful time! The house is well located close to the center of Guerneville and sits in amongst beautiful trees and nature! We loved sitting outside on the terrace and taking in all the beauty. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable! All in all a very relaxing weekend!!"

"Great furnishings, well equipped kitchens, bed and bathrooms as well as an amazing supply of recreational amenities…! Our family has been gathering in this way for decades and it was everyone’s favorite place so far!"

"The location is fantastic, with a spectacular view on the lake if you choose a lakeview. A very genuine welcome from The Ranch team, with all detailed explanations, a map to help you to navigate around. For our first time going camping, we want definitely to come back there !"

"My husband and I spent several days at Jujube, with our Jack Russell, Piper. It was a true staycation, as we live only eleven miles from Monte Rio. The cottage is comfortable and cozy, and well furnished with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting outdoors, in front of the fire pit, not far from the Russian River. We hot tubbed and kayaked, but the best thing was how quiet it was and we could really relax. Thank you, Bridgette!"

"Everything was great. Had all we needed . Front door lock was lower on batteries and they accommodated us with how to get the key to get in. We’re definitely stay again."
