"We showed up early and the renter let us in and was super cool about it. The beds were comfortable and the every room has a smart TV which is unheard of. The location is pretty and on a quiet street and the drive to downtown was close and easy. couldn’t recommend this property enough. I would certainly go back. I’m the kind of person who can ALWAYS find something wrong. I had no issues here ."

"This is by far on of the best places we have had the opertunity to stay at. I would love to by this property and retire here. Thanks for a marvelous relaxing treat from the rat races. This place is so peaceful and beautiful. Do yourself a favor and book a long visit here."

"Lovely peaceful setting on the river, quiet country setting. Access to surrounding towns was easy and I appreciated the list of businesses you provided. The views from the balconies were great as well. Managing the stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. Would be nice if owners could build out a bit of a landing zone at door height for luggage to sit on while you open the door. "It was central to everything we wanted to do."

"Excellent location in relation to the places we wanted to visit.Very nice and comfortable suite that had everything we needed for the week. Nice sitting area in the backyard to have a drink and wind up after a long day of walking and hiking.The view/s of the mountains from the property was striking.Because the suite was in the lower level we had to go down and up stairs to get to the suite. But once in the suite it didn't feel like it was in a lower level of the house.We had our dog with us and...

"Beautiful home and surroundings especially the deck overlooking the river. Carport was a plus. It kept us dry while packing up while it was raining. Everything we needed for preparing meals was available. The homeowner called to give my husband fishing location tips. We thought that wS above and beyond nice. We highly recommended this property "

"We recently stayed 2 nights at this wonderful place. It is a unique, relaxing, and beautiful environment. It is also located close to many activities available in the area. We loved spending time in Jonesborough and riding bikes on the Tweetsie Rails to Trails between Johnson City and Elizabethon. It was just the right retreat for us to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. "

"This place is well situated and has a nice side yard and porch. Close to a river, we went down about 10 min just pulled off the road and the kids played there for a few hours. The house is nice and has plenty of things for cooking. Overall it was great! There were 24 of us.We did have some issues. The place looked like it wasn't tended too often. It was well cleaned!, but maintenance wasn't the best. The washer didn't work, but I'm sure it will be fixed soon. The downstairs tub/shower couldn't...

"Had such a great time house was very impressive and fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable my favorite was the covered deck looking out at the lake would definitely recommend this home to anyone and if coming back up would stay again Thank you so much "
