"The kitchen was not fully equipped, the freezer had food spills on the shelves, there were not any trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher soap. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, lots of areas where it looked liked it wasn’t swept. There weren’t any handovers or washcloths. "Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. "The house was perfect size for our family. It is larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. You could hear the train a couple times- this didn’t bother us. Our only hiccup was the oven would work. We contacted owners and they tried to get it fixed but were unable to get someone out over our weekend stay.
