Complete with a washing machine, WiFi, AC, and more, guests can relax and unwind in this amazing space. Grocery store is less than 5 min. Away.
The 2 bathrooms with showers and hair dryers add convenience to your stay.
Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets on the covered patio across the rolling hills and pastureland! A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
Boone lake 5 min, Hard Rock casino 20min, Bristol racetrack 20min, ETSU, central to Tri-cities, Jonesborough, Erwin, Roan Mounatin, all less than 30min. Asheville 1hr. Knoxville 1.5hrs. Dollywood 1.5hrs. South holston lake 30min, Watagua lake 40min.
Waterfall hikes, world class fly fishing, mountain biking, Lake fun, marinas close by rent pontoon boats. Festivals. For the safety of our guests there is an exterior security camera at the carport door entrance.

The host was very accommodating and very responsive. The house is immaculate and provides everything that we needed for a very enjoyable long weeekend visit with our son and his fiancée. The home is located near everything needed but far enough away to have complete peace and quiet. We even enjoyed the snow!!

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and thoughtfully appointed. It’s tastefully decorated without all the clutter on table tops and counters that are often in rental homes that prevent you from full use. Beds were great. Directions were clear. Home is located conveniently near everything. We have already booked it for December and can’t wait to return!

We had an incredible stay! Our host provided all of the necessary information before our arrival and had even more information at the house. We were able to enjoy our family and the area without worrying about issues with the home. The kitchen was perfect and well supplied for our Thanksgiving meal.

So close to everything in Johnson City but once we arrived it was like we were way out in the beautiful Eastern TN country. The house was perfect for what we needed and the views fromThe wonderful back porch was great. Ans loved the sunsets out the front. Great stay

This was a beautiful property. My family and I got to enjoy spending time together. The views were lush. We kayaked on Watuga Lake, went to a wedding at the Heritage and enjoyed the farmers market and restaurants in downtown Johnson City. The home was very clean. We had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The beds slept well. The kitchen is well supplied. The water pressure was really good in the bathrooms.It was an amazing place to spend time.

Absolute magnificent VRBO experience!! Our favorite one yet. The beauty surrounding Hillside Hideaway is a little slice of Heaven amongst the Tennessee hills, farmland, and towns. Perfect quiet house and neighborhood!

We stayed here one night ahead of staying with family, and it was lovely! The neighborhood is quiet and the house is spacious and well appointed. The neighborhood feels safe, and you’re right off the main road with everything you could need! Would absolutely stay again.

Lovely, lovely, lovely! That’s the only way I can begin this review! Everything about this house is so nice. Clean and clean and did I mention it was so clean and beautiful! And decorated so nicely!The beds in all 3 bedrooms were very comfortable with luxurious sheets and comforters. Each bedroom was decorated so nicely that it’s a hard choice to pick one over the other. And the location is amazing. The view is beautiful! It’s quiet and serene. Everything you possibly needed was supplied and if you did need something the hosts were quick in getting it to their guests. Great communication!We enjoyed our stay so much that it was hard to want to leave. Don’t miss an opportunity to book a stay at this retreat! Have to share pictures of the morning and evening views!

Feels like home

Our stay was great. The home is extremely clean and decorated so nicely. It also has everything you need for your stay. And the view was amazing. It’s close to town but you have a country view. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Johnson City.
