A remodeled 1920s home on a quiet street between ETSU and downtown Johnson City — close enough to walk to campus and the stadium. Two queen bedrooms sleep four, the kitchen's set up to actually cook in, and there's a smart TV in every room. About five minutes to JCMC and downtown's restaurants. Once you're up the front steps, it's all on one level — two bedrooms, one full bath, open-concept living and dining.

The living and dining area is open and bright, with newer furnishings, a sofa and chair, and a table that seats four. The kitchen is set up to actually cook in — electric range and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plus a Keurig combo (K-cups and a drip pot), a blender, and a toaster. There's a smart TV in the living room and in each bedroom, so everyone can pull up their own streaming logins (just remember to log out when you head home). Fast cable wifi runs throughout, and there's a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to get some work done.



Out front, a porch with two rocking chairs for your morning coffee. The driveway holds two cars, with street parking if you need more.



You've got the whole place to yourselves.



- There are six steps up to the front porch to get inside, and they can be steep — worth knowing if anyone in your group has trouble with stairs or you're hauling heavy luggage.

- It's a 1920s home with real character — beautifully remodeled, but it has the personality of an older house.

- A train passes nearby now and then. Most guests barely notice it; if you're a light sleeper, a white-noise app does the trick.

- No washer/dryer on-site — but there's a laundromat close by, and we offer a pickup-and-delivery valet laundry service if you'd rather not bother.

- Self check-in with a smart-lock keypad — your code's good for your whole stay.

- Pets welcome. No smoking inside, and we keep quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. for the neighbors.
