"This was our first stop on our trip and it came highly recommended. We stayed in room 40 which was a bit of a hike to the restaurant and reception. The room was very quiet and the balcony and windows were spectacular. Walking up the hill to breakfast we saw plenty of entertaining wildlife including a coati family playing in the trees. The property was truly unbelievable. I should have paid closer attention to the eco part of the lodge. We prefer to stay in accommodations with air conditioning....

"Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. "

"20 minutes from downtown La Fortuna. Expect to travel about 5km of rough gravel and potholes on a road where locals live. There are signs along the way to keep you on track; I would not stay here without a car. The property grounds were well kept. There were 13 bungalows in a row; not a resort as the name states (no gym,no activities, no spa, one small pool, one small restaurant, no lobby etc).
