"The property looks just like it's pictured. It's an amazing view. It's nice to have access to the hotel below, but it's not really walkable. It is if you want a cardio workout, the steep climb is tough even when you're in shape. I did it once and it was a hard climb/walk. So much to do in the area and even though we were there in the rainy season we were prepared and didn't let the rain stop us. "

"Had the cabin closes to the main road, not shown in the picture, it same Layout, small trickle of water on the side but surround by trees. Loved listening to sound of the birds. The property owner was Amazing very helpful and accommodating. "

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Marcella. The location is so convenient and the home is absolutely beautiful! The only challenge we had was when it came time to cook dinner. The villa didn’t have any baking sheets or foil, and was limited in number of plates, silverware and paper towels. Overall would highly recommend! "

"This home was exactly what we needed, close to downtown La Fortuna yet away from the noise. The house has 2 bedrooms with doble beds and TV’s and one loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom has hot/cold water and the host provides shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a cooktop as well as the basics you need to make meals if you choose to cook. The washer and dryer were very convenient. "Family of 5 with 3 college age kids. This property was just as advertised. It is clean and simple but nice. Property has 2studio apartments and a rooftop terrace. No hammocks as in pics. The 3 kids took the downstairs floor with two beds and my husband and I took the second floor. No air conditioning but not needed with the ceiling fans and screened windows opened.
