Personal war sehr freundlich. Pool und Saunabereich könnten sauberer sein, war aber völlig ok.
Frühstücksbuffet lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig."

"It has small bar and very accommodating staff , breakfast is good for the price I pay.We managed to check in early as the room is available and we did had a good rest as we have an early flight. Location is walkable to prince st. And deans village but you can get a bus going to town centre."

"The hotel is in a lovely building, but the decor in our room was odd and dated - it needed a bit of tlc and updating in our opinion. Lovely views of the city and beyond. We wish the blinds/curtains had been black out, as it got quite light in the morning. The big light in our room flickered a lot, so we couldn’t use it. Free parking was great. The room was cleaned each day and had basic amenities - kettle with tea and coffee, ironing board and a safe in the wardrobe."

"The hotel was your average hotel, some nicer finishings in the room however the lounge area had messy blankets and throw pillows all over. It looked like people were sleeping on them when we arrived. Our room was nice but SO hot. It felt like the sun was in our room, we had to get a fan from the cupboard that looked like it was from the 80’s. It’s the first week of April and our room was that hot I cannot imagine what the summertime is like. As I checked out, I gave the feedback to the front...
