"We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is generally very clean and comfortable although on this occasion, I felt that the bath/shower could have been cleaner. I really enjoy use of the pool and sauna. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and breakfast and are looking forward to staying again. "

"Amazing, small but well maintained Victorian building/lodge in a pleasant area, 10/15min drive from the city. Lots of buses to get in and out of the city in front of the lodge & reasonably cheap Uber/taxi ride. Friendly and helpful staff but be aware there’s no lift being an old building, but extremely lovely and helpful staff to help you with the luggage, just ask.. We stayed at the very top (so not suitable if you’re tall), well designed, clean, great fluffy linen/bed to come to, from all days...

"Unique historical and beautiful gardens Staff were so professional and kind."

"Just an incredible time at the Norton House! Just an incredible comfortable bed with six pillows. Great breakfast, lunch dinner gourmet dinner available there on site and then to be able to walk the grounds and view the sheep go up by the woods and look down at the hotel. It was very nice. The spa facilities were top-notch. The receptionist were always available and friendly. I can’t say enough about the Norton."

"Super spacious, very detail oriented from furniture choice to their location, you can tell the effort they put in to provide to best accommodation experience. Friendly reception and staff. Only thing is the mattress is on the softer side, but if you’re comfortable with soft mattresses, then this is the hotel for you."
