"A truly unique and quirky hotel that is full of surprises and each bedroom is themed, even down to the books! Staff were very friendly and helpful and it's well placed for easy transport into both the city and Docklands. We had an issue with smells in our first bedroom so they moved us. The bed was large and comfortable and the air con was efficient, cooling the room down quickly. The place was very clean and my only comment is that it could do a little bit of TLC in places; our shower door...

"Fantastic property with direct access to the O2. The rooms were large, modern, and spacious. The pool has child-friendly hours and was a refreshing treat during the hot weather. The multiple restaurants with stunning views of the Thames and Canary Wharf were wonderful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and stay here again."

"Very clean, presentable hotel.
Extremely hot room with no air conditioning meant we got very little sleep on a warm day in London.
When we got back at midnight, the spotlights in the room turned on automatically and none of our light switches were functional to turn them off (or any other lights on)
As guided during check-in, we contacted via WhatsApp but nobody answered. We then called the number and again nobody answered.
We went downstairs where there was no attendant on reception and the...
