Room was not very spacious but sized just right, With all the useful amenities provided and well designed features I felt so comfortable and actually had a very good sleep. "The rooms were very clean and had a good standard. Staff is very friendly and the additional services and beauty spa are great. Only complaint is the neighbourhood and the pipes in soom room or air condition that make noise. If you are a light sleeper bribg earplugs and best to arrive during daytime."

"The AC in my room was broken and was stuck at 29 degrees Celsius. It took 4 maintenance calls and until 2:30am to be offered a new room. Very disappointing considering the room & property was great."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "
