"The staff were very professional, from start to finish it was a very classy experience. We stayed in the classic room, river view. I cant imagine the dock view would have privacy. And if we stayed again would love to splash out and stay in the Executive room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cold and cooked food, all of high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negatives were that the TV was small, not many UK sockets in the room, and my partner felt too many large mirrors...

"Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel."

"We have wanted to stay here before and we’re pleased we were able to get a reservation at short notice, you are welcomed straight away and left to admire the vast collection of all types of items, and when we were in our room the stimulation of your senses continued! "Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "

"The breakfast choices was vast. There was a lot of choice. Unfortunately the croissants were doughy and not light and flakey as expected. Room was large and spacious. Linen clean and bed comfortable. "

"I had a great stay at Point A Canary Wharf in London. The location is excellent just steps away from the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. It’s also in a nice, modern area with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. The hotel itself is a good, affordable option. The rooms are compact but clean and comfortable, perfect if you’re mainly out exploring during the day. The common areas are on the smaller side, so it’s not really a place to hang out for long...

"We had a a very good stay at this apartment, kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Only complaint will be front door had no insulation so conversation in the hallways around the elevator sounded like people were in the flat."
