There was a major issue with the water pressure in the entire hotel. Many guest complained about this. "This property was great for families. There are 2 pools, however the main one wasn’t as clean as the other. The room was good, however it would be better without the dated carpet. The free coffee on each floor was a nice touch, and the staff was friendly."

"Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff is not. We came early to try to check in and were told to come back in two hours. We came back and were told it’d be another hour. The staff appeared to not want to help, asking for extra towels was a task. The entire building smells mildew/musty. The facility is very worn and needs updates."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. "This hotel is TERRIBLE. And in a terrible location. We arrived and asked to cancel immediately. Unsafe parking lot. Construction zone everywhere. Listing claimed it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it took us 15 minutes to drive to the beach and still couldn’t park close by. When I asked the lobbyist about walking to the beach she had to hand me a map to find it, and told me I would have to walk alongside the main highway with 6 lanes to the first red light(not close by), then turn right a...

"I wasn’t expecting 5 star since it was an extended stay. However, it was over 100 a night so I expected a basic level of cleanliness. Appliances are rusty. Strong mildew smell. Someone shaved their public area in the shower and left plenty of evidence. No toiletries other than paper and a tiny bar of soap. 4 nights-no housekeeping service. I left out early in the mornings 4am. Several random people wondering around outside at that time. There is a Walmart close by so I got cleaning supplies...
