"Fantastic overnight stay before flying out. They have a free shuttle to and from airport and can leave the car there for free for up to 7 days. Amazing value for money and will be our go to place when heading overseas again!"

"Novotel Auckland Airport is a great place to stay. I’ve stayed here numerous times during my travels to Auckland with early morning flight departures. Aside from being a well maintained hotel, it’s just a few steps away from the international terminal. Hotel dining is also high-quality and delicious. Staff are always friendly. I definitely recommend before an early morning departure."

"Room, badsheets and washroom were very dirty. Washrooms did not have lights and bedroom was blocked. Staffs were uncooperative when issues above were raised. I had to check out one night earlier. Good parking spaces and close to shops."

"Clean and tidy. Handy to the airport - purpose of booking. Checked in at 2am staff were incredibly quick and helpful and let us park closer due to time. The biggest negative was waking up to a car alarm at 4am and it being easily heard through the glass - and kids running up and down the hallway at 7am, the fact you can hear everything in the hallway just kills the purpose of needing a good sleep before or after you travel. But other wise good."
