"My friends and I rented 3 rooms. All smelled like smoke, even though they were non-smoking. One friend couldnt sleep because of the construction late at night. The other friend had to move rooms bc her window wouldnt close all the way. My room had massive shower leaks bc the rubber was missing from bottom of glass door. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The water bottles, snacks, and coffee were nice touches, too."

"The room looks nothing like the photos. Those photos must have been taken 20 years ago. Now everything is threadbare and rotting. The mirrors on the ceiling are well maintained, which should tell you all you need to know about the neighborhood. The rooms stink of cigarettes so badly I almost choked when I walked in. The bed is just a box spring with no mattress. The staff don't speak english, and don't make accommodations."

"Un bel hébergement..typique de la Corée ce qui est un gros plus !! Bien équipé..au calme. Nous étions 4 adultes. Très bien placé..à proximité du Palais et tout proche du métro. Nombreux restaurants à côté. Le propriétaire est super sympa.. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises le dernier jour pour continuer de visiter tranquillement et les récupérer dans l’après midi.. Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette jolie maison traditionnelle."

"출장 일정으로 서울 동대문에 있는 빌즈호텔을 이용했어요. 업무를 마치고 편하게 쉴 수 있는 숙소가 필요했는데, 전체적으로 객실이 깔끔하고 분위기도 편안해서 만족스럽게 머물렀습니다. 객실에 들어갔을 때 가장 먼저 느껴진 부분은 청결 상태였어요. 바닥이나 침구가 깔끔하게 정돈되어 있었고, 객실 안에서도 불쾌한 냄새가 나지 않아 안심하고 이용할 수 있었습니다. 출장 중에는 숙소에서 보내는 시간이 길지 않더라도 청결 상태가 좋지 않으면 피로가 더 쌓이는데, 이곳은 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어 있다는 느낌을 받았어요. 침구도 포근하고 편안한 편이라 업무를 마친 뒤 푹 쉬기 좋았습니다. 매트리스가 지나치게 딱딱하거나 불편하지 않았고, 이불과 베개도 깔끔해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 출장 다음 날 일정이 있어 컨디션 관리가 중요했는데, 조용하고 차분한 객실 분위기 덕분에 피로를 풀고 편하게 휴식할 수 있었습니다. 객실 내부가 과하게 화려하거나 복잡한 느낌보다는 편안하게 머물기 좋은 분위기라...

"Wonderful apartment at very convenient location! Lots of restaurants, shops, and market in the neighborhood. The only issue is language - all the signs, messages they sent, and instructions in the room are in Korean. Takes some time to figure out the front desk is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building."

"This is a water park with a hotel attached to it. It ain't a proper hotel-hotel. The staff is confused by simple hotel-hotel questions, and some things are missing, like a hotel bar. But the value was good (note that we were there outside of the peek water park-season). The breakfast was pretty decent. And it was a good stayover on our two day drive."

"I’ll start with the few negatives which is just that the mattress was a little too firm and the fact that the toilet/shower were within such close proximity kinda threw me for a loop. But other than that the stay was amazing! Staff were all super friendly and nice, room was kept very clean throughout the entirety of the stay. They even let us borrow umbrellas for the whole time we were there cause we weren’t prepared lol. Overall an awesome place!"
