"여성 전용이라는게 가장 큰 장점입니다. 방은 완전 고시원 수준이고 대학교 기숙사보다도 훨씬 작습니다. 오래 머물진 못할 것 같아요. 저는 하루만 잠깐 잘 곳이 필요해서 머물렀는데 캡슐 호텔보다도 훨씬 더 가성비 있는 시설입니다. 서울역에서 한 번에 올 수 있어서 편했어요. 샤워실이랑 화장실은 한 곳에 같이 있는데 이게 조금 불편하더라고요. 그런데 가격 생각하면 이해는 됩니다. 신발을 밖에서 벗고 들어가는 구조인데 그렇게 안 하면 방이 정말 더러울 것 같더라고요. 실내화를 신고 돌아다니는 곳인데도 불구하고 진드기 같은 벌레가 있을까봐 엄청 걱정됐어요. 위생에 예민한 분들은 절대 이용하시면 안 될 것 같아요. 벽에 누런 자국도 꽤 많더라고요. 하지만 이 모든걸 용서하는건 가격입니다. 그리고 남자들이 절!대! 못 들어오는 곳이라 그게 좋아요. 안전하니깐요. 여행으로 오시는 분들은 캐리어 펼칠 수 없으니 참고하시구요, 잠귀 예민한 분들은 수면용 귀마개 필수입니다. 그리고 안대도 필수예요....

"We really enjoyed staying at the Somerset. The staff was very friendly, the location is great being right next to Insadong and all the nearby neighborhoods and restaurants. The room was very big considering the price which even had it's own washer/dryer. Our only complaint is that there didn't seem to be very many electrical outlet locations for charging our devices but other than that, this was a great hotel. "這次是第三次入住乙支路高爺，它位於非常好的地理位置，交通方便、生活機能也非常好，不過這次住房有點小缺點，在房間浴廁內有看見蟑螂，好幾天的住房清潔也沒處理掉，另外冷氣設備打開後是直吹床頭，等於直吹頭，相當不舒服，還好入住期間不太熱，因此幾乎沒使用到冷氣，但希望未來可以改變冷氣裝設的位置，其他部分沒有太大問題，未來還是願意繼續到這裡住宿。"

"The room is big that can fully open your luggage’s and also have microwave, kettle, cutlery, stove, laundry. The room is not that clean there is some smell on the pillows and quilt. The bathroom’s floor is yellow color and slippery due to no cleaning. No supermarkets around the hotel but many convenience stores. Here is an office area so it’s really quiet at nights. The hotel is close to the sounding buildings so it is hardly to open the curtains. "

"Hotellet, som ligger på våningarna 13-25 i huset ligger jättebra till. Nära allting. Rummet var riktigt bra med goa sängar och plats att sitta och äta maten. Köksutrustningen var minimal men eftersom vi köpte Take out så gjorde det inte så mycket Personal, utöver killen i foajén (som inte hörde till hotellet men väl hela huset) såg vi inte röken av. Men det gjorde inget, vi klarade oss fint ändå."

"隣の部屋の人にムスリムのお祈りで勝手に部屋を使われていたり、共有キッチンで作っていたハラールの臭いがかなり強く残っていたりなど、隣人との関係に問題があった。また、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ないなど、ほかにもいくつか問題があったため、予定より早くチェックアウトをした。しかし、フロントの対応をしてくださったお姉さんはとても親切で、丁寧だった。"
