"My stay at Beachside Resort in Panama City was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The internet made it look like a great place, but that was very misleading. The room had an unpleasant smell, almost like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. We were given an upgrade, and while the upgraded room was a little better, it still wasn’t anything to brag about. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not stay here again, even if it were free."

"Location to beach and view is very nice. Tiki bar and heated pool was nice too. Really, it’d be a VERY nice place if received TLC. It’s an old establishment and it shows every bit. There has been some cosmetic updates - new faucets paint, flooring in rooms. However, entire property has seen better days. Lobby has strange smell. Food shack onsite is run down, as are the beds, linens, and rooms. The walls are SUPER thin - we heard EVERY step and move above us, outside our door, and outside patio...

"We didn't have a kitchen, when we checked in our room hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait 30 minutes to get another room. Later that night when we came back our room cards didn't work so o had go back to the front desk and tell them that the cards didn't work so they gave me new ones and they didn't work either so we had to wait another 30 minutes on the maintenance to use his key to get in our room. He fixed it. The pool was out of service due to a leak. Won't be going back."

"I will most DEFINITELY stay here again the staff is friendly especially Annie so welcoming made our stay feel right at home she gave us coupons to amenities in the area and great eating places she’s so sweet the room was clean and house keeping was great with bringing items before we asked beds were comfy just a 10/10 I highly recommend "

"Wanna start with the breakfast was amazing! Hotel is in a great area. However during my 7 days the elevator on my side of the building was out for almost half of it . The setup of the building makes you walk a lot . Many of the doors are always locked and the scan codes don’t work . Many visitors stuck at doors and letting each other in . Hot tub was not hot for 3 of the days . Pool is not heated so was really cold but the slide is fun . I pre checked in on the Hilton app the day before . I...
