"This is a family friendly property that offers plenty of room for activities, whether that is inside or out. Was nice and tidy. The fire place made the property nice and Casey. Great place to stay."

"Perfect location, central walking distance to everything and very spacious with areas of private space for people to tuck away in if in a bigger group. Comfortable and cozy, will definitely come back to this as a group."

"We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths!"

"I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again. It was perfect for what we needed. However, I would say the listing is a bit misleading. We only stayed a couple of nights but would have been happy to be there for a longer stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay, especially the kids loved the hot spa. The rooms were"

"Can't say enough for Bill. He was super helpful in the midst of cyclone vaianu. Location is awesome for quick access to redwoods trails and the little centre of eateries down. "

"Great stay with comfortable furnishings in a convenient location. Charming little spot in a quiet neighborhood. Especially loved that it was down the street from an excellent restaurant, Urbano Bistro, for easy lunch or dinner."

"Beautiful property with an amazing view! The house had everything we needed and the beach and the hot tub were really nice. "
