"The location nd space was amazing…but it was the stellar staff that get the top notch accolades. They were all so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. And not just doing little things, but things rarely done now. They happened to ask about our plans for the day and when they heard we had a full day travel trip they made us a goodie bag with treats and apples. I found everything about this stay to be wonderful and look forward to a return!"

"Super spacious, very detail oriented from furniture choice to their location, you can tell the effort they put in to provide to best accommodation experience. Friendly reception and staff. Only thing is the mattress is on the softer side, but if you’re comfortable with soft mattresses, then this is the hotel for you."

"We stayed here on our 1st trip to Scotland and could not have had a better place to stay in Edinburgh. The owners were so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us with bus & train schedules, keeping our luggage after checkout, and even finding our lost cell phone! The room was clean & comfy! Would definitely stay here again! "

"The property itself is nice and tastefully decorated. Stayed in the Belford room, and it was nicely presented but SMALL. There was nowhere to put luggage, no storage, and only 4 hangers. I was travelling from Canada so had a large suitcase that I had to leave on the floor and live out of. I shared the room with my sister and we were constantly falling over each other.
