"Very clean, newly and beautifully decorated home in a quiet, suburban neighborhood. Looks exactly like the photos posted. Beds are super comfortable, especially enjoyed the blackout shades in the super sunny bedrooms. Location is superior - quick drive to downtown Newport and mansions/cliff walk. Many good local restaurants if you prefer to stay close. The host is professional and easy to interact with. Would definitely stay again. Wish we stayed long enough to enjoy the back deck/BBQ grill....

"The home was immaculate and was well equipped. Bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The setting gave the sense of sleeping on a boat with the shoreline right out our back door. Although it was a bit chilly to sit on the beach, we enjoyed the walk and sightseeing in Newport and Jamestown. The Animal Toparchy Gardens were fascinating. We would love to rent this"little slice of Heaven" again sometime."

"We were in town for a (running) race but also wanted to spend time wandering around town. This rental was the PERFECT spot for walking / shopping / dining, etc. The bedroom is at the back -away from street noise- and was quiet. Would stay there again. "

"The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights....
