"Location is perfect for visiting Newport. Walking distance to so many restaurants, beaches and the Mansions. Highly recommend staying here. "

"This house is in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to enjoy in Newport. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't need it again the whole stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to relax and they even serve homemade baked goods for breakfast. This is the second time I have stayed at Admiral Syms house and will definitely be back."

"As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

"We had a great stay! The apartment is comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Check in was simple and communication was easy. Had everything we needed for a weekend away."

"This is a very cozy, comfortable and tidy loft with a dedicated off street parking spot. It was perfect for our visit with family in the area. There's a beach very near, and lots of good restaurants and things to do. We look forward to returning when we're in RI again."

"We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend. The cottage was clean, well equipped and quite lovely. The location was ideal for access to beaches, dining, and entertainment - all under a 30-minute drive away. We will certainly consider visiting again."

"Great location as others have stated. We spent our whole trip walking to shops, restaurants, and even the cliff walk and mansions. The place was spacious enough, clean and well appointed. Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations…bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm....

"The apartment could not be in a more central location in Newport! We enjoyed easy access to many local bars and restaurants including being ten steps from O'Briens Pub. The apartment has a nice deck space with harbor views for morning coffee. Would stay again when in Newport! "

"What a unique way to see Newport. The Old Port boat launch made getting to town quick and easy. Loved sitting on the top deck in the sun. A quick splash in the ocean was just what we needed."

"My husband, our dog and I had a lovely weekend getaway here! The location was close to the wharf, and had parking for our large truck. The home was extremely clean and comfortable and Monique answered all of my questions! "
