Had to check out and pay for another room somewhere else shortly after checking in due to not being able to sleep on such uncomfortable bed. Staff didn’t care. Sauna was out of order also. Room smelled bad too. Spend the extra $60 for a nicer place somewhere else."

"The mattress were 25 yr old saggy steel spring uncomfortable mattress hvac was 25 years old. Good thing it’s not hot weather in Boise. For that hotel condition is way overpriced, $50 at most. I thought it would be convenient but there are better choices a few minutes away."

The communication at check-in was disfunctional, there wa chemical smell in the room and the lack of ventilation in my room, the unchanged bed sheets, or the shocking impolite hotel manager. First, there were always multiple people sitting around and lingering outside the building near the parking areas. I felt like they were waiting for visitors. At check in, I had to demand a printed receipt for my room and...

"This place was very old and not very well updated. Especially the bathroom. The faucet was not attached to the sink and the towel rack mounted wacky. The bathroom also featured the smallest mini roll of toilet paper I have ever seen. It was like they just plain shrunk it! The lobby and halls were very dingy and old. There was an Indian restaurant located within, which was the best part."

"The rooms were filthy dirty tvs didn’t work the bathtub was broke in 1 room and the electrical outlet was open with no cover. The lady at the front desk was trying to help as much as she could but was limited due to management."

The other clerk in the morning was very friendly, as well. Sir Nic even remembered my name and wished me a good trip on the way out. They made it a very inviting atmosphere."

"Staff was extremely rude. As we were dishing up breakfast the staff literally took the food out of our hands. Breakfast was 6-9. We started getting our food at 8:55 along with done other guests and as soon as it hit 9:00 the staff immediately removed all of the food while we were all still attempting to dish up. I e never seen anything like that anywhere. I asked to speak with the manager but the manager was to busy to speak with me,"
