"The property was great. The staff were great. Pool and facilities were wonderful. The only reason for the okay rating was I paid for the upgraded room with extra space on Expedia and when we got to our room, it was just the regular room."

"The A/C didn't work in our room and the hotel was booked so they couldn't move us to another room. The technician who came said it was an old unit and needed to be replaced. Hard to imagine the hotel didn't know about this... When we checked out, the front desk person said he'd look into giving me a refund but I never heard from the hotel again. The staff were courteous and nice but there was no follow-through."

"We would absolutely stay here again! The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's located in a perfect spot so we were able to walk almost anywhere downtown easily and not have to worry about finding parking whenever we wanted to go somewhere. They upgraded our room (not sure if this was tied to the Expedia rewards thing or just something they were able to do for us) but it was so nice to have that extra space.
