"My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops...

"Room and bathroom space are small and the noise level is high and you can hear the next room. Staff are very nice. Good place to stay for concert because it’s very closed by."

"The room was clean and Big will a basic facilities provided. Including Microwave, Fridge and Water Boiler. I only requested a Stand Fan but they could not provide. Other than that everything was quite good. "

Das Zimmer war nicht ansatzweise wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles sehr abgenutzt. Die Zimmertür wirkten nicht grade sicher und es war alles sehr hellhörig."

You simply pay the staff working the front desk. Staff and cleaning crew were all friendly. The hotel is kind of 'off the beaten path', so other than a small shop across the street selling some snacks and such, you need to walk about 10 minutes to find a restaurant cooking food.
