"5 star service from the minute we arrived. London hotels can suffer with impersonal and indifferent service. This hotel is completely the opposite. Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast very good indeed. Lovely airy breakfast room with a terrace outside. No basement room in sweaty heat here! The evening restaurant has wonderful service, well priced wine by the glass as well as bottle. Extensive drinks list. Good food and works perfectly if you get back late from Wimbledon as they serve late....

"Sauberes Zimmer, early check-in war leider nicht möglich. Frühstück und Parkplatz haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, sehr modern eingerichtet. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Underground-Station „West Brompton“ fußläufig in 3-4 Minuten erreichbar."

"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"We made one request prior to check-in, as we had never stayed at a Pub before. As it was the World Cup, with team England in it, I had some concern that it might be noisy all night. Nothing could have been further from the truth. They were in the pub until all hours, but our room might have been in an isolated convent it was so quiet. One passed through a series of nearly air-tight doors along a corridor, and it became quiter and quiter. So it was the best of both worlds: have a great time...

"A lovely, spotless and quiet hotel. Are room was snug but with excellent facilities and air conditioning. It was on the 3rd Floor so some people would need to bear that in mind. The staff were very helpful."

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. Floor fans in the rooms helped but not enough. Bedrooms have one electric outlet only. Living room and very modern kitchen have many outlets. Why not put...
