The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. "Extremely helpful and courteous staff on check in and throughout our stay. The location is incredible for low traffic volumes but proximity to Earls Court subway lines (to airport and on main District line). Rooms were small (no chairs to drink morning coffee) but bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I would definitely return."

Every employee we talked with at Fulham was helpful and went beyond thei duty ro accomodate us. My only frustration was the distance to the Tube but that just gave opporutnity for more walking in London."
