"My room was dirty bed still had old sheets not even made went to let them know right away guy came to room said he already refunded my money guy running the place said nothing he could about it but refund my money because the other hot tub room had a broken tub definitely no cares about anything I even ask if he could give me $10 off next stay he said no would not even buy me a pop so I could wait for them to clean the room he was mad like it was my falt his staff did not clean been here 20...

"Rooms need to be maintained better . There are patches and holes in walls . Wallpaper falling down … however the furniture was nice and was clean"

"We stayed for the night in n the way from Toronto to Wisconsin. It was spotless and the front desk staff were very helpful. We were traveling with a dog and they made it very easy for us. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel"

"The property and room were clean and comfortable. There was construction on the property that did not interfere with our stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived, during our stay, and when we checked out. We don't anticipate being in the area again, but if we were we'd stay here. Highly recommend."

"Overall a nice hotel but very disappointed that I paid ahead of time for breakfast that should have been free. On the website it said there was a restaurant and breakfast was $10 per person. It was a self service breakfast with the basics and very poor quality. Nobody even asked for the ticket we were given when we checked in. I would say it was overpriced and lacked amenities."
