"The staff was friendly. They put us in a regular room when i booked a suite. There were lights out. We got dog hair on our belongings from not being vacuumed well and ants in the bathroom. "

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit"

"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."

"It was very inconvenient having to enter the airport every time we returned to our room but my bad for not realizing the hotel was located on airport property. This hotel is extremely overpriced for the type of room this was. It was a small room with a very tiny bathroom. Not many parking spots either. This is a convenient place to stay if you’re needing somewhere to sleep after a flight and I guess that is what you’re paying $200/a night. "

"Management. Staff EXTREMELY rude and apparently discriminates against certain people? Upon check in, was never told where anything was located ( laundry, vending, what to do about fresh/dirty linen. Wifi password, where to take garbage and recycles out. Left one morning, put 2 clear plastic garbage bags filled with recycles ( brown paper bag. Tissue box, cardboard food container, (empty/cleaned). When i returned, there was a note that they pride themselves on cleanliness. If i didn't clean...

"I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay. The staff member at the front desk was the one saving grace; she was supportive during this process. Also, I saw a sign that the dryer was broken. A person who had been staying...

"Looks like a trafficking spot. The 1st comforter had blood stains and cigarette burns, asked for a new one which was better but still felt sketchy. The lock on the window was broken and fridge in room smelled awful. The breakfast was made of a few items the employee must've picked up from Walmart on their way in. Coffee was terrible, bagels weren't fresh and expect to pour your juice from a minute maid carton. Will never stay here again, do not advise for women or families, or anyone for that...
