"My 2 night stay with my dog was very pleasant. Room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the “studio” part of the room. Kinda did feel like home away from home. The pet area and outside was well lit which was good at night for this single lady. I really enjoyed the fire pit out front on a nice evening. Cannot comment on the breakfast because I only had coffee but it did look like a nice spread."

"The front desk staff member at check in was super friendly and sweet. She made you feel so comfortable. Our room was very clean and the beds were by far the most comfortable we have slept in. Parking was easy and there was lots to do around the hotel. "

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"The best part was the breakfast, which had some type of hot eggs, breakfast meat and waffles each day along with staples like toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not have stayed here if I had realized it was pet friendly. We found dog food in the middle of the floor of our room and the carpet had dog hair throughout. It looks like the wall-mounted smoke detector was removed for painting the walls and not re-installed. —a few non-functioning USB outlets, probably from heavy usage. "Staff very pleasant and answered questions if there was any. Hot tub and pool wonderful. Breakfast was fine like the variety of things to pick. The rooms were very clean only complaint was that the toilets were very low felt like we're in elementary school. People with knee problems and back problems will have a problem with trying to get up after each use. Other then that loved the room and how clean they were."

There’s no one at the counter to help you on a weekend even after 9am , you gotta use a phone on the wall to call for help. "It looked like our room hadn’t been vacuumed in months. There was a fake nail on the floor, pieces of paper, threads and lint all over the floor. The sheets looked dirty, with hair and lint on them. The bathroom had no soap.We had to go down to the reception desk and ask for clean sheets and changed them ourselves!"
