"The property itself self is really nice I think. The rooms were dirty!! So much hair in the shower for the guests before. Front desk reception wasn’t super friendly but wasn’t exactly rude either. It’s was a weird interaction. There was a line to get onto the elevators after the concert and a gentleman was helping to make things move so much easier. Over it’s a lovely hotel but needs some work on customer service and cleanliness."
