"Well I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was awful with limited furniture. If you wanted plates etc you had to contact the front desk. The breakfast was a joke. Pity because the location was very good "

"This hotel was in a good location near the mall with many options for dining and shopping, many within walking distance. The room not only was clean but smelled clean. The parking was good and in front of my room. I felt comfortable and safe at this hotel and if the necessary I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The elevator needs to be redone. It is dirty and laminate is peeling off the sides. The rooms also need to be modernized, the side table was useless because the drawer was stuck and impossible to open. The lobby looks like it was updated, now the rooms should be too. "

"While it is not a huge hotel, it had all the amenities you would expect from a nicer establishment. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated that the staff came by daily to ask if we needed any fresh towels or toiletries. The dining experience was also a highlight. The breakfast was great, the midday fresh popcorn was a nice touch, and the dinner offered was excellent. We also enjoyed the free coffee and soda available all day, as well as the three complimentary adult beverages provided...

"Ok for the price. Basic breakfast, weak coffee. But good food and restaurants close by. Don’t get a room next to the exit as you will be woken up all night"

"Tv always had to be reset. Remote batteries bad. Water softening made soap impossible to wash off."

"The property was under going renovation so things were out of sorts. The shower water pressure was pretty low. The double room was pretty small and bathroom tiny. Breakfast sub-par. Our room keys were disabled on the 2nd day so couldn't get in the side door and had to wait a bit at the front desk until someone came and got them, to work- a bit of a pain after a long tiring day. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this...
