"The floors were nasty. My kids ran across the floor with no shoes and their feet were black like tar. They need to mop their floor a bunch of times."

"There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. "Very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful! The resort is beautiful! Only issue was that they held the $250 deposit for almost a week after checkout."

"The room we stayed in håd previous guests flip flop under dinning table, had previous guests beach towel underneath 2nd bedroom, had big clump of hair in master bedroom bath. I felt that room wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. Staff was very friendly but had a lot of timeshare presentators in main lobby. "
